Wednesday started with an 8 a.m. fire drill so we had a breakfast picnic outside!

We are learning a new card game called picture frame. We look for cards that add up to ten.

Fine Arts Festival

What a fantastic morning at the Fine Arts Festival at Mt. Abe High school! The kids saw their artwork displayed and watched a terrific performance. The art gallery is open until 8pm tonight (5/9) so you still have time to check it out!  Check out the performer we saw: http://www.brentmccoy.com/

Everyone enjoyed our lovely author's tea this morning. Thank you, parents, for the yummy snacks and for being a gracious audience! If you were unable to attend you can host your own author's tea at home! I hope the books your child has written are read over and over and over at home.
